Coming back from hand surgeries

22 Aug

After a year, I’m finally recovering fully from two hand surgeries for STT arthritis, May 2024 and June 2025. A ruptured tendon in my right arm in October 2024 from hand bone spur damage (of course caused by the arthritis) slowed me down even more. What better way to celebrate getting to use my hands and arms again at full strength then cleaning my dye patio, it truly needs it. I’ve been able to do a bit at a time, but now I can actually do a full sweep of things, literally. Where’s my mask?

Hi so nice to hear from you again. Hope your surgeries are successful and healed.

Occasionally, in the past, I’ve had similar issues. A change in my diet and tweeking my daily vitamin menu has helped.

Also taking daily doses of the blue green algaes are a godsend to help with post surgery rapid healing. Hope you are back to your best normal.

    Warm wishes Tara🇨🇦😉
